‘The Big Galah’ is Meander’s first scenario release, showcasing the type of courageous storytelling we intend to champion, with an emphasis on character-driven story, free of forced ideological frameworks.

The story has been adapted from a 6-part TV-series, into a more well-defined form, the scenario, in an effort to strengthen copyright and availability.

We seek critical feedback and reviews for this release.

We are on the hunt for writers who share our sensibilities and are seeking those interested in developing a slate of projects, either alone or as part of a writers’ room.  We could use all kinds of words to describe what we’re looking for  — fresh, innovative, gritty, courageous — but in the end, the proof is in the pudding.

To work with us and have a chance to gain one of four assessments and script consultations with Gerard Lee or another leading industry professional, please send a synopsis of approximately 1000 words outlining your idea(s).
